Higher Ground Music Festival
The Higher Ground Music Festival was started in 2005 and features Christian music artists. This year’s Higher Ground festival will take place Friday and Saturday, Aug. 15 and 16.
Higher Ground is also an annual music festival that is a fundraiser for Holy Trinity Catholic School.
The August festival is held on the same grounds as Winstock, just outside of Winsted.
The Higher Ground festival has had several prominent artists such as Michael W. Smith, Rebecca St. James, MercyMe, Jars of Clay, Third Day, Super Chic[k], and Go Fish grace its stage.
For its fourth year, the festival will feature Casting Crowns, MercyMe, and many more.
